In February of 2022 the City of Prescott approved a concept plan for Magee Park. This concept plan was a collaborative effort between the City and Coulee River Trails to develop multi-use single track trails, ADA paved trails and other park amenities.
We are happy to announce that the Wisconsin DNR has awarded the first phase of Magee Park improvements with a $280,362 grant through the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Development program. Phase 1 improvements include a paved trail and parking lot. Construction will begin this summer (2024). Learn more about the project at the City’s website here.
